The basic conventions of film trailers include establishing the plot, introducing the characters, providing a general setting and adding attention-grabbing footage. Consider the way the scenes are edited together – does the trailer give away any clues about the narrative? 
The trailer does give clues away, for example you can see that guns and drugs are going to be in the film, and this can result in someone going jail. Also, there are females smoking weed which can show that they don't really care about their life and have nothing to lose. Also

The genre of the film has been represented through the iconography  for example the guns, blood, prison etc. This allows the audience to see that the movie is quite explicit and this can attract them to watch the film.
